Excellent product and service, but not a very good sales process. I was extremely miffed when ordering your product. I quoted a discount code obtained from the Telegraph for a 30% discount. During the ordering process no discount was offered. I checked myself to find the offer expired a day earlier. My irritation was compounded by seeing another offer in the Telegraph 2 weeks later again for 30% discount after I had told you that was paper I saw the offer in.
