We spent over 2 hours in the Chiswick showroom deciding on a model and then on a fabric and colour. It was a very busy Sunday, but two members of staff were helpful and attentive without being obtrusive. The first delivery date offered wasn't convenient, but we really wanted delivery before Christmas. We were told there was a risk it wouldn't happen, but the next date (before Xmas)was convenient and we accepted. The delivery happened when promised and went quickly and smoothly, although we were concerned that the delivery team were working VERY long (and potentially dangerous hours. That is the only reason for downgrading from 5 to 4 stars.
