Quality of the product is excellent & the armchair bed operates well. The bed bows up when not being laid on but settles down once a body is on it. This makes it look rather odd when made up as a bed & not in use. Probably would not use them again as they do not deliver to the Isle of wight. Cost of haulier to deliver armchair bed to island was £42 and took an extra 6 days from delivery at hauliers depot to get it at home address. Delivery cost would be double for a sofa.
