Ordering was easy. Kept updating me on when it would be available. Sent a sample of the material when I forgot to ask for one.
Drivers were great. Phoned me to update me on delivery time and hit it exactly. Very cheerful guys. Showed me what to do and left, taking all the packaging with them.
I have used as a bed and it is very comfortable.
