It was refreshing to be able to speak to a real person from the off. Loved the rapid sending of initial information and fabric samples, very good communication throughout the whole process. We were able to change our delivery day when the time came and the two delivery guys were incredibly personable, professional, friendly and polite. We LOVE our fabulous new sofa bed and have a queue of friends waiting to visit and try it out!
