The staff were very responsive and the ordering process very straight forward. i called twice to get an update on the delivery (as I had guests coming to stay and i was anxious to get the sofa ahead of their arrival) and the staff were at all times very helpful and called the depo to get a better idea of the delivery schedules so they could keep me updated. The sofa arrived in perfect condition three weeks and twio days after my order and I am very very please with it!
