Outstanding from beginning to end. Showroom staff were polite, knowledgable and helpful. They provided options and choices but also knew when to take a step backwards and let me think the purchase through. Delivery came in about 5 weeks. And the delivery team were also very polite courteous and helpful. They took time to show how the new sofa worked and how to get the best from it. And the end result is great. A really nice and comfortable sofa that's fits very well in my home.
