Easy to order online, which was followed up by a phone call to confirm all the details. The sofa arrived earlier than expected which was great & the two men who delivered it were exceptionally helpful and friendly, showing exactly how to use the sofa bed and giving advice along the way. We ordered the memory foam mattress which is really comfy. We would order from them again!
