As I was buying a sofa bed online, I did a lot of research into quality and comfort, and Willow and Hall came out top- I wanted extra reassurance and advice to called my order in, and had a very helpful and knowledgeable young man help me. Delivery was prompt and they were able to get the sofa in the room without a scratch- it's gorgeous- great material, shape and superb finish and quality- a very solid, long lasting purchase!
