Having brought a sofa bed from Bentalls which was returned due to the shoddy way it was made & the broken frame & terrible delivery service, Williow & Hall ticked all the boxes from being in the showroom to delivery. W & H arrived with everything covered & a brace keeping the frame square. The chaos then set the bed part into the frame for you & demonstrated how it worked. Really happy!
