Willow & Hall were recommended to me, I saw the product before I bought through a friend, a well made attractive quality product and I would recommend. the delivery was on time, the item was placed in the room, all packaging was removed, delivery drivers were polite and careful. had friends stay at the weekend to try out the sofa bed and they had a brilliant nights sleep. so thank you
