This is the second sofa bed I've had from them and, as with the first, they ring you to discuss delivery details - will it fit through the doors etc. They also send you a little pack with the fabric you've chosen in it just in case you don't like it.
The delivery process was great. They rang me to let me know when they were arriving, assembled the sofa right where I wanted it and explained how to work it (and pointed out how not work it so you don't catch yourself on the mechanism)
