The service was satisfactory but there are a couple of things which would have made it better.
1) There was not an example of every style in the showroom, specifically, styles in which I was interested, so placing the order was a bit of an act of faith rather than try-before-you-buy. The sofas-style were fine
when delivered.
2) There is a seam in the middle of the back of both sofas, which I did not expect. Neither of the sofas backs on to a wall, so the seam is very visible on entering the room.
