The whole experience from visiting the showroom and meeting the very helpful staff, choosing the fabric, purchasing the sofa then delivery has been effortless and faultless. The sofa arrived as expected on time and the delivery drivers went beyond call of duty to deliver the sofa into the room with tricky access.
Will definitely be ordering when I am replacing my sofas soon.
