Very helpful delivery men. On the day they let me know what time they were arriving and carried out set up efficiently and cleanly. Sofa looks stylish in the sitting room and sofa bed option easy to use. Staff contacted pre-order helpful and friendly. The only niggle was only getting less than one day's notice of delivery and a slight difference in information between showroom staff and delivery team
