Buying a couch was a pretty easy affair - fabric samples came quickly, staff on the phone line were helpful when I wanted to order the couch asap but hadn't quite chosen the fabric, and again when we received the couch and weren't quite sure whether it was supposed to be a particular shape when pulled out (it was). Efficient, friendly, informed assistance. Happy to use an ethical company.
