From start to finish, the purchasing experience was top notch. Great website, very good Comms from their post purchase team (who got in touch immediately to send over a material Swatch to make sure I was happy with the colour), to the delivery team who were very curteuos and informative. The sofabed is also very comfortable (so I have been told). Overall very happy. Thank You!
