Friendly staff, very helpful on both occasions we visited. They took time to explain the sofas and gave us demonstrations with no rush - pleasant relaxed atmosphere. Professional approach from all concerned, including the delivery team who were courteous and well presented, and also gave us a demonstration, again in a relaxed helpful manner.
