Very impressed with Willow and Hall's customer service. Without us even requesting it, they sent us a fabric sample of the material we had chosen with time to change our mind if we didn't like it; the sofabed was delivered several weeks ahaead of schedule and the team that delivered the sofa were knowledgeable and charming.
