Superb experience with WIllow & Hall, I was quite worried as I had guests over the holidays but they went above and beyond to get this to me before Christmas. When it arrived, it was fully set up, packaging taken away neatly and the kind chaps gave me a full demo on how to turn it into a sofabed and back with helpful tips.
