We think very highly of the company and it's people, but were quite let down by the delivery arrangements. Initially we were told one date, which didn't suit us, so we changed, but then that was changed by you and subsequently postponed again due to 'stitching issues'. Sadly it meant that we couldn't use it for some guests we had, despite having ordered it at least five weeks beforehand, for which we were assured that it would arrive in time.
