Very easy to order the sofa via their web site. I received a phone call to confirm the order and to explain the delivery procedure. Delivery notification was good and the sofa was unwrapped and installed by the delivery crew. The operation of the sofa bed mechanism was explained and demonstrated. Whilst the sofa looks good, it is very firm and not as comfortable as I had expected.
