Excellent service. Very usable web site and the staff at the showroom were both really friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery was offered on the day originally promised and when I asked to reschedule, my request was accommodated without fuss. The delivery itself was efficient and careful. The extra fabric I ordered at the same time was delivered to my upholsterer quickly and correctly. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the sofa bed I purchased is excellent and very comfortable, both as a sofa and as a bed.
