The pre delivery service was excellent. The sofa bed was delivered in good condition and although the delivery service was good, the operatives could have been a little more attentive in managing the sofa bed to the appointed room. They certainly cleared up behind them removing all packaging etc.
A little more pleasantry would have made for an excellent service along with a correct demonstration of how to set up the bed and pack away. The product information was better than the staff.
