Top marks to all at Willow & Hall for fantastic customer service, a lovely product range and an easy-to-use and informative website. As a new customer, I particularly appreciated the free cosy pack of swatches which helped me to make the right decision and also the follow-up call after I'd placed my order to run through all details and check that I was happy with my choice.
