You failed to communicate a change of contact telephone number for me to your couriers in Carlisle. Consequence they were unable to deliver and emailed me (Monday 22 December). Thankfully your couriers played a blinder and were able to deliver the following morning as I needed the furniture over the Festive Season - they deserve a great deal of credit for ensuring that I received the items prior to Christmas, they clearly mad a special effort to accommodate my request for a redelievery. Well done to them!!
