Great service online and on the phone.
Then the sofa just arrived however, with no prior warning, annoyingly on a day when I could have been in but wasn't, as I had not been contacted! So then I had to wait another week or so and then the delivery was within an hour of the expected time. The hugest guy brought in the sofa almost single-handedly and carried it up the stairs without a single scratch to my new paintwork - fantastic! The decorators were in awe! Thank you.
