An excellent service from start to finish. We live on an island off the west coast of Scotland and find it difficult to buy online because no-one delivers here or if they do they charge exorbitant prices. Willow and Hall arranged to have our sofa bed delivered to a location where we could pick it up with minimum fuss paying the standard delivery charge. Great credit to them and to the delivery drivers. The sofa bed is exactly what we wanted. It not only is robust and well made but is comfortable and looks very good. We are very pleased with our. choice of fabric.
