The entire service was exceptional, from web through to delivery. The team even called us to tell us they were sending a fabric swatch so we knew what we were getting despite us just ordering online. The delivery team were so professional and friendly. They showed us how to operate the sofa bed, they even took all the packaging with them, leaving my room just nicely set up. It was entirely hassle free and their customer journey is perfect!
