I had contacted them by phone requesting a Skype showroom visit and was impressed by their helpfulness. I quickly received free samples of fabrics by the post and the video link went well. I popped into the showroom a month or so later and the lady was really helpful and friendly. Not making me feel under pressure nor ignoring me when another customer came in despite knowing that I would not be buying that day as I had completely changed my mind and had to go re measure. When I ordered it was done really quickly and the process explained well. It was delivered on time and the delivery men were excellent and got it all sorted. Tye sofabed was just as i ordered and was really comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
