Showroom advice was excellent. At the 4 week point no-one had contacted me about arrangements for delivery, (advertised as 4-5 weeks), so I called twice on consecutive days and despite assurances no-one phoned me back. I had to call again on the third day when someone did finally call me back. Delivery guys were lovely, assembling and advising on the sofa bed. It was just 2 phone calls that weren't returned that stopped me giving an excellent - an easy one to fix for future customers!
