Very thorough by checking the order over the phone after it had been placed online (although two follow up phone calls to go through this was a bit much- lack of comms in the office clearly!).
Delivery was really helpful in terms of fitting it in and finding a window that worked for us.
Delivery guys were really helpful and nice.
