Love the sofa but installation on delivery was very poor. They insisted that the sofa would not go through the doorway even though I had ordered detachable arms. Stressed with the process, we said we would sort something out. 10 mins after they had left and we had taken off the arms, the sofa went through the door with no problems. My husband was then left to assemble the sofabed.
