The service was fantastic from the girl on the telephone to the delivery men. It is very smart and comfortable as a bed as my grandchildren have told me. It is easy to assemble as a bed and although the delivery men took great pains to show me it seemed easy to erecting and put back to sofa status. However, after 2weeks as a bed I am unable to make it fasten it as a sofa. It looks fine and then I return and it has opened again. Any advise?
