The service at their showroom, by phone and online was very good for the buying process - but delivery date was delayed and I was not kept informed about this. For this reason I have only scored 4 stars. However, on day of delivery they came on time and I was contacted by the guys 10 minutes before arrival. They were very efficient and helpful (having to take the sofabed upstairs). Assembled it quickly and without fuss plus a gave a good demo of the sofabed action.
