Once we found the perfect sofa bed the website made it easy to pick a colour-fabric. Once ordered I received a fabric sample & a tea bag in a nice little box, checking I was happy with my fabric choice. I then received regular friendly calls letting me know when my order was expected. Even on delivery day the guys were Fantastic. Demonstrating how it worked & taking away all the packaging. 1st class service. I would highly recommend Willow & Hall if you want quality workmanship & a personal service.
