As yet I haven't bought anything from them but they were very speedy in sending me fabric samples and info on the models of sofas I am interested in. Nice tea bag too! Much quicker than a major retailer on the high street who haven't sent me fabric samples after trying 3 times and waiting 4 weeks!! So I am sure these people will come up with something nice for me when I decide what I want.
