Iíve had nothing but good experiences ordering my sofa from Willow & Hall! Placing my order online was simple and I got a confirmation email through immediately confirming my order, followed by a phone call the next day in case I had any questions and to discuss my choices. Next call was with my delivery date and my sofa arrived within the delivery time slot they told me. Couldnít have been a smoother process - clearly other people have experienced some issues on here but I couldnít have been more pleased with my experience so just wanted to share it.
