Before completing my purchase I had some questions about the fabric I liked, the team on the phone couldn't have been more helpful - they recommended an alternative and offered to send me some samples to compare. They arrived the following day with a lovely hand-written note! I love my new sofas and thought it was above and beyond when Customer Service called me the week after they arrived to check I was sitting comfortably! I will definitely recommend Willow & Hall to my friends and family.
