I am looking to buy a sofa and a mattress and I spoke with Kelly. I cannot express enough the excellent service I received from her. She was attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, overed every possible suggestion with regard to sending me samples of fabric and worked through measurements. Kelly was polite but appropriately friendly making me feel valued. Because of this charming and professional service I will buy from Willow and Hall providing of course you have what I would like for my house.
