Whole journey was how I expected to be. Website was simple to use, had a phone call the next day to confirm order, got another call 5 weeks later to book in my delivery. Sofa bed is now in my house! Only thing I would have liked was maybe a progress call a few weeks in to let me know everything was running to time, but given it did I have no complaints.
