Found the whole process very easy. Ordered online then had a phone call to confirm my order and they sent me samples of the fabric Iíd chosen to check I was happy which luckily I was. Got a phone call then to organise delivery which happened the following week. Bit limited on delivery times mid-week only for my address but Iíd expected to have to stay in on day of delivery so wasnít a big issue. Sofa looks great now itís here and Iím still glad I chose the velvet.
