I placed an order with Willow & Hall online, the website was extremely easy to use and navigate. I then received a phone call from the customer services team who were very friendly & helpful and in fact found a typo in my address so luckily they called to check my details. I've now received my lovely sofa bed and couldn't be happier, i am so pleased with it and can't wait to have my guests stay. The only slight downfall was with the delivery service, they were running late so I ended up having to stay at home an extra 2 hours, so this is why I have awarded 4 stars.
