Iíve had my sofabed for one year and have used it about three times. It is very comfortable both as a bed and a sofa. It was delivered on time and I was shown how to open it out as a bed and fold it up after use. However even though I was shown and I follow the written instructions I have found it very difficult to close the bed, especially on my own. The last time I used it and had difficulty I have phoned the help desk and was told that an explanatory video would be emailed to me. I did not receive the video and in the end after a struggle managed to close the bed. For this reason I have given a 4 star rating
