Excellent staff in the showroom, very helpful and no pressure whatsoever. We altered our order about a week later, in that we decided we would have a second armchair after all, again it was no problem. The complete suite arrived when they said with two efficient and cheery men, who also managed to get our very large old sofa out of the house without any damage or hassle'
