Sofa is lovely (I have the alderton chaise corner sofa with pull out bed), the people who delivered it were friendly and efficient. The sofa did take longer than anticipated to arrive and communication in the lead up was a bit sparse. There was also an issue with the assembly as one of the feet wasn't screwed in properly - but they have good aftercare and someone was sent to sort this out very quickly.
