I found the lady in the showroom in Chiswick (Ros) enormously helpful - nothing was too much trouble for her and she spent a long time with me choosing the right sofa, mattress , fabric and even colour ! The delivery service was excellent and flexible given that they had to work around my 90 year old father's hours which changed a couple of times - plus delivery to the top of a very tall narrow London house. Again, everyone concerned was charming and seemed keen to be as helpful as possible. I'm afraid that the bed itself hasn't been used yet but the sofa is certainly very comfortable and we are extremely happy to recommend Willow and Hall ... we made the right choice !
