The product is fine but we were disappointed when the original 3 seater bed-settee ordered wouldn't go round the bend up the stairs. We had measured everything else but not been warned that this could be a problem so had to send it back and replace the order with a smaller two seater. We were told this happens quite often. However It fits the room fine and is comfortable. Be warned to measure all stair spaces that it will pass.
