I bought a sofa bed in the sale but it got broken before delivery then the salesperson tried to get me to accept a cheaper version as a replacement. After some discussion her manager said that they would honour the original agreement. It was delivered well, the guys showed me how to set it up, and I am very happy with it. My guests have slept really well...
