From the moment of our first visit and the endless hours we spent selecting our furniture, this has been a very positive experience. We bought one sofa, one bed settee and an ottoman. We had to change the fabric on the ottoman and there were some finger marks on the sofa, However the ottoman was exchanged and a upholstery cleaning company cleaned the finger marks in no time at all.
